	My Child's Special Needs A section of the U.S. Department of Education's website which features information for parents of special needs children.
	National PTA Learn about PTA education programs and participate in a discussion group, chat room, or bulletin board. The site also includes links to sites of many organizations concerned with children.
	The Family Education Network Offers hundreds of brief articles on parenting, links to local sites, and discussion boards that connect parents with online experts.
	Department of Education Parents will find information about the President's education initiatives, college financial aid, and parenting publications, along with links to other useful education sites.

The National Coalition for Parental Involvement in Education Provides a catalog of resources available from all its member organizations.

Zero To Three Provided by the National Center for Infants, Toddlers and Families, an organization devoted to child development, this site offers research and information to parents on the social, physical, and cognitive development of infants and young children.
