Qualifications: NYS administrative certification

This is an excellent administrative opportunity with responsibility in curriculum, instruction, professional development, and staff supervision. The successful candidates will:
- Provide collaborative leadership with a dedicated faculty and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and staff.
- Engage staff in high quality lesson design and varied assessment practices.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be NYS SED certified as an administrator.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE CHAIRPERSON
Candidates will:
- Provide leadership in differentiated curriculum development and a strong interest and knowledge of world languages.
- Be fluent in one or more languages.
- Model success in part-time teaching role.
GUIDANCE CHAIRPERSON
Candidates will:
- Have experience with competitive college admissions.
- Provide effective guidance counseling to a small number of students.
- Be knowledgeable of best practices in supporting the social and emotional development of students.
MATH CHAIRPERSON
Candidates will:
- Provide leadership in the math curricular area with differentiated strategies to achieve and maintain standards of excellence.
- Value the conceptual math approach with skill development.
