Position: Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach
The Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach will support the Byram Hills High School varsity program by assisting in practice planning, skill development, and game preparation. The coach will work closely with the Head Coach to foster a positive, disciplined, and competitive team environment while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
Responsibilities include helping run practices, providing feedback on player technique and strategy, assisting with game-day management, and maintaining communication with student-athletes, parents, and the athletic department. The assistant coach will contribute to the overall success of the program and help mentor student-athletes both on and off the field.
Candidates should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for developing high school athletes. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred but not required.

Position: Head JV Girls Tennis Coach
The Head JV Girls Tennis Coach will lead the junior varsity girls tennis program at Byram Hills High School, focusing on developing players’ fundamental skills, understanding of match strategy, and overall love of the game. The coach will emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparation for varsity-level competition.
Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, organizing match lineups, providing individualized instruction and feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The coach will collaborate with the varsity staff to align goals and expectations across the tennis program and ensure consistent skill development.

Position: Building Technology Coordinator (Grade 3 - 5 Wampus Elementary Coordinator)
Job Information: The Building Technology Coordinator position requires an educator with extensive elementary-level teaching experience and a demonstrated record of accomplishment as a teacher and teacher leader. We seek a successful candidate for the Building Technology Coordinator position who is a systems thinker, demonstrates a high degree of flexibility, and is passionate about facilitating both adult and student learning.
The successful candidate will exhibit the following criteria:
- Models exemplary student-centered and problem-based learning environments in the classroom. This position includes teaching and operational responsibilities, as determined by the building Principal and the Director of Technology, based on the building's needs.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of elementary technology and STEAM curriculum, including robotics, coding, 3D design, Chromebook applications, and Google Workspace for Education.
- Collaborates with colleagues on technology integration and interdisciplinary curriculum development.
- Supports building-wide data-driven instruction by assisting with the management of instructional data systems, facilitating the preparation of assessment entry forms, and collaborating on the application of performance criteria for AIS grouping in ELA and Math.
- Collaborates with building and District leaders to develop training materials that provide timely and proactive support for using data to support classroom instruction.
- Trains and supports faculty in the creation of parent reports and ensures new staff are supported with "just in time" training on building data systems and other relevant topics related to technology and education.
- Demonstrates leadership as a facilitator of professional learning communities and designs/facilitates professional development courses for faculty and staff.
- Willingness to lead summer workshops in the District’s annual summer Cyber Camp and participate in summer building-level technology preparation.
- Displays enthusiasm, creativity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies, STEAM tools, and instructional methods alongside colleagues.
- Maintains awareness of the building assessment calendar to ensure technology and data systems are aligned with building needs.
- Coordinates building technology support services and projects in collaboration with District technology leadership.
