A BHHS Transcript

The counselors are often asked what is included on the high school transcript. The BHHS Community Handbook describes the high school transcript, college transcript, and report card policy. You can refer to this information and other helpful information about grades online.

Superscoring the ACT

Superscoring is the process of averaging your four best subject scores from all of your ACT test attempts.

June Testing Accommodations

Examinations will begin on Tuesday, June 4 for students taking the Algebra Regents and Friday, June 14 for all other students.

Summer School 411

The summer vacation provides an opportunity for some students to pursue additional coursework for enrichment (new courses) or remediation (repeating courses). 

AP Exam Scores

In general, AP scores can be used for college credit, placing out of certain college course requirements,  and to show admissions officers that you have challenged yourself academically in high school. Different colleges use AP scores in different ways, so it is important that you go to a particular college’s website to determine how the college uses AP scores.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a month that is dedicated to bringing awareness of mental health issues and helping to reduce stigma related to mental health issues.

A Featured College is a college that we choose to explore to highlight some features that make the college interesting or noteworthy. BHHS school counselors have visited this school within the last year. They may share trends and other rich information about this college or university. Our hope is to highlight some of the features that make this college or university the Featured College.
